Inama ‘Bradisismo’ Veneto Rosso 2015 Review
This is a unique “super Veronese” blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Carmenere (a grape that originated in Bordeaux but is now grown mostly in Chile). It’s a big, elegant wine with very strong aromas of fruit and spice. Flavors include blackberries, ripe cherries, cocoa powder, and hint of fresh mint. The texture is bold and smooth, with noticeable tannins and bright acidity. It’s very Italian, but in a modern, worldly way. This is a great choice for someone who likes California Cabernets or Super Tuscans.
