Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut NV Review
This is a nice, ripe, and grippy bubbly. It smells like sliced pears sprinkled with sugar. The sweetness is balanced by persistent bubbles. It would be a nice weeknight pairing, I’m thinking oven baked chicken, rubbed with mustard and butter and rolled in breadcrumbs, with a side of cheddar biscuits.
