Fortress Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Review
This wine is great because it’s not bogged down with too much oak and alcohol. It’s also less than $30, and has a tannin structure that is still softening, but drinks well now. I feel like this is the perfect weeknight steak dinner wine, or hell, even meatloaf. The fruit is leaner than the bigger wines out there but you’ll taste more of the food because of it.
