Chewy cherries spiced with cloves and black olives greet you on the nose along with earthy beetroot. The chewiness is realized on the palate with added aromas of mushrooms. There is a nice rich quality to the wine with great acidity and well integrated tannin showing aging potential. Go ahead and treat yourself, you've earned it.
