Chateau Cambon La Pelouse Cru Bourgeois 2015 Review
A solid Left bank bottle with brooding notes of plum and black currant. As the wine opens, and it does so at a rapid pace, rose petals, seasoned meat and cigar box emerge. The structure of the wine is well done, with nice depth on the palate along with mild acidity and tannin that comes with a bite, which probably needs a year or so to calm down.
